Two Charged Six Months After Fatal Summer Shooting In Baltimore: Police

Two suspects have been charged about six months after a deadly summertime shooting in Baltimore, police announced on Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Vincent Harris, 25, and Tyron Payne, 23, of Baltimore, were arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and other offenses.

Detectives believe Harris and Payne were involved in the deadly shooting of Di’shon Smith, 20, and Deshaun Waters, 21, on the 3200 block of Hollins Ferry Road on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

Harris was taken into custody on Tuesday, Jan. 9 and Payne on Friday, Jan. 26.
